APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

• To schedule an appointment as a new client, we do require an $106 deposit for each pet. The deposit will be applied toward the exam fee at the time of your appointment. Please note if you need to change or cancel this appointment the deposit IS refundable  up to 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment (please see the Cancellation Policy below).
• For appointments with two (2) more more pets, we require a $106 deposit for each pet to schedule.
• All specialist appointments require a $400 deposit at the time of scheduling to hold the appointment. 

*All deposits will be applied toward the exam/appointment fee at the time of your your pet(s) visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality medical care in a timely manner. No-shows, late shows and cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to urgent veterinary care. Therefore, we would like to make you aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and late cancellations.

• A MISSED appointment or a “no-show” is when a client fails to show up for an appointment without a phone call or email.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, this will be considered a missed appointment. We will ask you to reschedule to allow us to spend the appropriate time to answer your questions to best help your pet. 

You my be subject to a cancellation fee if you miss or cancel your appointment within 48 business hours   of the scheduled appointment. 

There is a $250 cancellation fee for any dental or surgical procedures missed or not cancelled within 1 week   of the scheduled appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment.
