Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality, individualized medical care in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience others who need access to veterinary care. We ask that you respect our schedule and understand that medical care can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide care to other patients.


Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking:

  • To schedule an appointment as a new client, we do require a $106 deposit for each pet. Please note if you need to change or cancel this appointment the deposit IS refundable up to 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • For appointments with two (2) or more pets, we require a $106 deposit for each pet to schedule.
  • All surgical and dental procedures require a $250 at the time of scheduling to hold the appointment.
  • All specialist appointments require a $400 deposit at the time of scheduling to hold the appointment.


*All deposits will be applied toward the exam/appointment fee at the time of your pet(s) visit.*


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A MISSED appointment or a “no-show” is when a client fails to show up for an appointment without a phone call or email.
  • We allow a 10-minute grace period for doctor’s appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, this will be considered a missed appointment. We will ask you to reschedule to allow us to spend the appropriate time to answer your questions to best help your pet.
  • You may be subject to a cancellation fee if you miss or cancel your appointment within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require that we obtain a non-refundable deposit to hold future doctor appointments.
  • Specialist Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are missed or cancelled within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Surgical / Dental Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled appointment.
